Keipos Board Members
Our board members, along with the Keipos Director are responsible for the leadership, support, fundraising and guidance of our organization. The following people work in many roles and are leaders that strive to have a lasting positive impact in their communities.

Community Engagement Leader
As a Community Engagement Leader with Thrivent Financial, I help to bring Thrivent’s vision of helping Christians to "Be Wise with Money and Live Generously," from the grassroots level. This goal is achieved by; building, developing, and improving partnerships with churches and community organizations that have affinity to Thrivent's Vision.
I have been with Thrivent since the Summer of 2015 and enjoying every bit of the time serving Churches, Non-Profits and Community organizations.
My wife, Stacey, and I have been married since June of 2006 and we have two children – Josiah (9 years) and Asha (7 years.)
Board Vice Chair
My profession is to help companies manage the retention and lifecycle of company records and information. I am a longtime member and former president of the Nebraska chapter of ARMA, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to information management / governance. I also own a small business that provides real estate photography services to realtors throughout the Omaha metro area. I enjoy telling the story of Keipos through photography and videos.
Judith Ackland foremost, loves Jesus, is a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of four. Besides being a Keipos board member and Treasurer, she serves as president of the Western Douglas County Rotary Club and attends New City Church in Bellevue where she helps with the music program and with the upper elementary youth. Professionally, Judith is owner and CEO of Crystal Financial Solutions, LLC, is a member of the Sarpy County Chamber, the Greater Omaha Chamber, and Center Sphere.
Graduated from Westside high school and a UNO business graduate. Born and raised in Omaha. Early summers on grandparent’s farm. 25 years with Conagra (VP of Sales). Left in 1995 to start my own ingredient sales brokerage company. Member of several Omaha boards from United Way, Girls Club, Junior Achievement, Operation Bridge,YMCA. Running a successful sales brokerage business now starting my 23rd year.One daughter who is married and living in Omaha. Beautiful 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. Remarried in 2001. Diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2008. Battled and won! 2nd wife Cathy was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2009. Passed away in 2010. Love to fish, camp, play golf, watch sports on tv, travel, take long walks with my yellow lab Max.
Program and Donor Relations
Catherine Dodd is originally from San Jose, California, where she grew up with an appreciation for creation. Her role with Keipos includes donor relations, food production and cooking, event planning, and a little bit of everything else! She loves her Bible study, music, the outdoors, exercise, and all things green. Most importantly, she loves Jesus and her amazing family!
Lee Brauer. I have been married for 45 years, am the mother of 6 children, and the grandmother of 14. I have been in love with Jesus for 50+years. My husband and I have attended Lifegate Church for the past 21 years and I have been involved in the youth ministry there as well as the women's ministry and the alter team ministry. In 2017 I interned at the Keipos farm. During the internship, I started going to the JJC with "Farmer John". We have been going there for about 2 years now. I became a member of the Keipos board in February of this year.
Work: I began working for Creighton University / Creighton Cardiac Center back in 2001 and transitioned over to Health Sciences support in 2013. Currently, I am employed as an IT Manager for the Health Sciences (CON & SOM) at Creighton University, managing a team of IT professionals in supporting Faculty, Staff and Students. Family: I have been married for 21 years to my wonderful wife Susan and we have two beautiful daughters, Grace (15) and Abby (13). We have lived in Elkhorn for the last 14 years and attend Westside Church. Hobbies: I enjoy playing disc golf, shooting hoops and serving others. I also love long, quiet walks along the beach, (no wait, scratch that last one). ;)
Keipos: I was introduced to Keipos several years ago through my Westside Church affiliation and have volunteered, along with my family, in various ways. I currently serve as a new Keipos Board Member, having been provided the opportunity earlier this year.
